The Pacific Northwest Ilocandia Association (PNIA) is a non-profit charitable organization with a mission to promote and preserve heritage through cultural, educational and informational programs and to provide community service to all. Membership is open to all who are interested, regardless of race, color or creed and who are willing to offer their spare time and their services as volunteers.
With the assistance of a State grant and with the community's support PNIA was able to purchase a building in Port Orchard which became the PNIA Multi-Cultural Center (MCC) in Kitsap County, a hub where the entire community is welcome.

- Promote and preserve the arts, culture and traditions of Filipinos and other ethnic groups while helping to promote cultural diversity.
- Provide health and wellness, recreation, education and other cultural services and activities for all ages, but particularly catered to citizens aged 55 and older.
- Enhance friendship, belonging, harmony and understanding by developing closer working relationships among members and with other organizations.
- Provide assistance and moral support to members and others in need.
- Participate with and support charitable activities and organizations.
